- The uploaded images belong to you or you have permission to use them.
Malo reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time.
Submitting a venue does not guarantee approval or publication.

- Upload inappropriate or copyrighted content without permission
- Attempt to damage, hack, or misuse the platform
- Use the platform for illegal activities

- onboarding information
- booking-related communication
5. Bookings & Transactions
Malo may help connect venue owners with potential customers. However:
- Malo is not responsible for agreements made between venue owners and customers.
- Malo is not liable for cancellations, disputes, damages, payment issues, or misunderstandings between parties.
Users are responsible for verifying venue details before making arrangements.
