• Malo is not responsible for agreements made between venue owners and customers.
• Malo is not liable for cancellations, disputes, damages, payment issues, or misunderstandings between parties.

Users are responsible for verifying venue details before making arrangements.

• names
• phone numbers
• email addresses
• venue details
• uploaded images

This information is used to manage submissions and improve the platform.

Malo does not sell personal information to third parties.

Malo is provided on an "as available" basis.
